A sixth generation Tallahassean, Todd focuses his practice on personal injury, wrongful death, and workers compensation cases following a successful career in insurance defense. Throughout his career, he has represented thousands of clients and recovered millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements on their behalf.
Todd is admitted to practice in both Florida and Georgia, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the Florida State University College of Business and his Juris Doctor from the Florida Coastal School of Law.
While in law school, Todd was voted Best Overall Advocate in Mock Trial Practice, recognition of his exceptional trial skill and command of courtroom advocacy. After graduation, he began his legal career as a prosecutor with the State Attorney’s Office, where he served as lead counsel in more than sixty jury trials over a three-year span. This foundation gave him extensive experience in trial strategy, witness examination, and jury persuasion—skills he now brings to his advocacy for injured clients.
Todd is an active member of the Tallahassee Bar Association, the Florida Justice Association, the Capital City Justice Association, and the William H. Stafford American Inn of Court.
He is also deeply involved in his community through civic and charitable work with the Exchange Club of Tallahassee, the Maclay School Alumni Committee, Big Bend Hospice, City Church, and St. Teresa Beach Community Church.
Todd lives in Tallahassee with his wife, Mycah, and their two children.
