A grand surprise for a well-deserving educator! As Scott & Wallace brings back their Winning Classroom program to Leon County to recognize amazing educators and students, they had the honor of shining a light on the October Winning Classroom this month. Clint Wallace and Robert Scott, Partners at Scott & Wallace, had the pleasure of presenting this award to Amy Booher of Hawks Rise Elementary.
Booher is an Exceptional Student Educator (ESE) at Hawks Rise Elementary and takes pride in teaching valuable skills to her wonderful students every day.
“Amy Booher’s attention to her students is like no other. She continues to exemplify what it means to be an educator, and we are so proud to be able to recognize all of her hard work,” explains Leon County Schools Superintendent, Rocky Hanna.
Robert Scott and Clint Wallace, partners at Scott & Wallace, come from families with a passion for education and pride themselves in being champions for the students, teachers, and faculty in our community. Each month Scott & Wallace acknowledges a classroom in Leon County that is winning at education by leading with passion, inviting innovative technology into the curriculum, and guiding each other to achieve. The winning classroom will receive a $150 gift card to spoil their classroom, and the incredible educator will receive a brand new iPad and a $100 gift card to Hayward House Bistro in Downtown Tallahassee.
