Scott & Wallace Donates Commercial Refrigerator to Support Wakulla High School Culinary Program

Scott & Wallace is proud to support the incredible culinary arts program at Wakulla High School with the donation of a commercial reach-in refrigerator. After learning about a key equipment need within the program, our team felt strongly about stepping in to help ensure that students pursuing careers in the food and beverage industry have access to the resources they need to succeed.

The culinary program at Wakulla High School plays a vital role in preparing students for life beyond graduation, offering hands-on experience in a professional kitchen environment and instilling valuable skills that translate directly into the workforce.

“It’s so meaningful to support the culinary program with a new commercial reach-in refrigerator,” said Scott & Wallace partner Robert Scott. “We believe in helping students pursue their passions beyond high school, and this donation is one small way to invest in their future.”

Culinary Director Ryan Warner expressed gratitude for the donation and the positive impact it will have on students:

“This new equipment will allow our students to expand their learning and better prepare for real-world culinary experiences. We’re incredibly thankful for the support from Scott & Wallace—it’s a game-changer for our program.”

Principal Michele Falk also highlighted the significance of support for career and technical education:

“WHS takes pride in all of our career and technical programs. Our staff focuses on ensuring our students have industry knowledge, experience in specific job fields, as well as a clear ultimate goal of being successful post-high school. With the focus on all of these areas plus more, we are ensuring students are leaving us with the best opportunity to have a career—and hopefully one they enjoy.”

Scott & Wallace partner Clint Wallace added:

“Supporting our community in any way we can is part of who we are. It’s an honor to play a small role in helping local students build meaningful futures.”

We’re excited to see all that Wakulla High’s culinary students will achieve in the years ahead and proud to partner with such a dedicated and forward-thinking program.
