With years of experience and a passion for student success, Mrs. Holley represents the very best of what it means to be a teacher. Her dedication to her students, her mastery in the classroom, and her commitment to academic progress have made a lasting impact on the Gilchrist community.
Principal Scotty Crowe shared high praise for this month’s honoree:
“Lauren Holley is an amazing veteran teacher at Gilchrist Elementary School. She has taught several different grade levels over the years and is a practiced professional. She currently teaches first grade. We are very fortunate to have such a master teacher at our school. Mrs. Holley does a great job with teaching, instruction, progress monitoring, and student success! She represents all that is great about teaching and the teaching profession!”
Mrs. Holley expressed her excitement about the recognition:
