A seasoned personal injury attorney, Clint Wallace is a partner at Scott & Wallace LLP, which has offices in Tallahassee. His legal proficiency is primarily in personal injury law, where he handles cases involving car accidents, workers' compensation and wrongful death.

Mr. Wallace is qualified to practice law in multiple states, having been licensed in Florida in 2008, Alabama in 2010 and Georgia in 2014. Over the years, he has successfully represented many clients, securing over $150 million in settlements and verdicts. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in 2005 from Florida State University, Mr. Wallace secured his Juris Doctor cum laude from the Florida State University College of Law in 2008. Moreover, he is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida.

Renowned for his vigorous representation of clients who have been harmed, Mr. Wallace has earned significant recognition in his field. In 2021, Clint, along with his partner Robert, successfully tried a motor vehicle case in Florida that resulted in a Top 100 Verdict in the state for 2021 after no settlement offers were ever made in the case before trial.

Clint continues to be very involved in both his community and with the firm’s charitable efforts. Of note, Scott & Wallace annually funds the Scott & Wallace Holiday Turkey Giveaway, which feeds over 200 families during the Christmas season, the ‘Winning Classrooms’ initiative in partnership with Leon County Schools, the Conley Elementary Food Pantry, and the Taylor Moseley Memorial Scholarship at Lincoln High School. The firm also continues to make significant financial contributions to many local charities and altruistic causes in the communities it serves.  Additionally, when he is not practicing law, you can often find Clint at a local ball field, where he coaches local youth in football, basketball, and baseball.

Clint resides in downtown Tallahassee with his wife, Elizabeth, and their three boys, Reynolds, Caid and Steele.
